HOBAN Recruitment is seeking motivated and reliable team members to join our expanding casual workforce in the Western Suburbs.

About the Roles

• Multiple positions available: Tugger Operators & Pick Packers
  
• Support order fulfilment and distribution tasks
  
• Focus on accuracy, safety, and meeting daily targets
  
• Day and afternoon shifts available (Mon-Fri)
  
• Pay rates: $33-$39 per hour + super
  

What You'll Need

• Minimum 1 year recent warehouse experience
  
• Confident using RF scanners, order picking, and pallet stacking
  
• Ability to safely handle pallets and perform manual lifting
  
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
  
• Reliable transport, strong punctuality, and clear communication skills
  
• Basic computer skills essential
  
• Current Police Check required
  

Tugger Operators:

• At least 12 months proven Tugger operating experience
  

Pick Packers:

• Demonstrated skills in picking, packing, labelling, and RF scanning
  
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
