About the Program
We are delivering a major finance transformation initiative to replace a long-standing government financial management system with a modern platform. This program will significantly change how finance services are delivered across multiple agencies and will impact a wide range of stakeholders, including finance, ICT and operational teams.
About the Role
We are seeking a Content Developer to support our training and change team through the design and development of high-quality learning and change artefacts that enable stakeholder engagement and end-user capability uplift.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Design, develop and document engaging learning content across multiple formats and platforms
Produce artefacts including documentation, presentations, online materials, videos and infographics
Develop materials to support stakeholder engagement, change management and training activities
Work collaboratively with program team members and subject matter experts to define content structure and messaging
Translate complex information into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences
Maintain accurate records in line with legislative and organisational requirements
Contribute to the achievement of program objectives through high-quality content and communication
Support public sector principles including equity, safety and ethical conduct
Essential Requirements
Demonstrated experience designing and developing high-quality training, learning and change artefacts
Experience working with templates and organisational branding across multiple applications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Experience producing creative digital content including videos and online learning materials
Proven ability to simplify complex subject matter for varied stakeholder groups
Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Understanding of relevant legislation, policies and ethical standards
Knowledge of work health and safety requirements
Understanding of risk management principles (AS ISO 31000:2018)
