About the Role
We want to hear from Trainers and Assessors as per RTO standards with current vocational competency i.e. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and industry experience in one or more of the following units:

• Forklift Licence (TLILIC0003)
• Order Picking Forklift Licence (TLILIC0004)
• Chain of Responsibility (TLIF0009)
• Manual Handling (TLID0020)
• IT Devices in the Workplace (TLIK2010)

What You'll Do

• Deliver onsite accredited training and assessment in your area of expertise
• Support learners to achieve competency through engaging and practical delivery methods
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with RTO standards
• Provide feedback, mentoring, and a safe, inclusive learning environment

What You'll Bring

• Current vocational competency i.e. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Must have industry experience and vocational competence in one or more of the above listed units
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A learner-centred approach with a passion for helping others succeed
• Commitment to compliance and high standards in training delivery
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
