Customer Service Representative

Join our client in Yennora and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving or escalating issues as required
- Coordinating transport, warehouse activities, and ensuring timely delivery updates
- Ensuring all transport and warehouse documentation meets compliance requirements
- Processing orders, stock transfers, and billing in line with operational procedures
- Preparing KPI reports and maintaining accurate customer records
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assisting with stocktakes, customer visits, and general operational tasks
- Following WHS, Quality, and Chain of Responsibility policies and procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Previous customer service experience (logistics/transport industry highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on problem-solving
- Experience handling customer complaints and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (desirable)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
