                        Customer Service Team Lead - Maternity Leave Cover (10-12 Months)
Location: Perth Airport - $44.44 p/h + Super
 Hours: Monday to Friday

Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to join our team on a 10-12 month maternity leave assignment.
What you'll do:
- Lead and coach a team of 3+ high-performing Customer Service Officers
- Plan, prioritise, and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations and cost-effective service delivery
- Handle complex and escalated customer issues with professionalism
- Collaborate across Account Management, New Business, and Operations to meet customer needs
- Drive team performance against KPIs, ticket resolution, and CRM data integrity
- Encourage continuous improvement and team feedback
- Manage recruitment, training, 1:1s, performance reviews, and succession planning
- Ensure team cross-training for flexibility across customer service functions
- Prepare and deliver daily reports on KPIs, tickets, and discrepancies
What you'll bring:
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong background in customer service
- Understanding of the transport industry
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage priorities and lead a motivated team
