Warehouse Administrator / Customer Service Representative
Location: Lytton, QLD 4178
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am, 7am, 8am or 9am start (preffered start times will be considered)
Pay Rate: $39 per hour (casual rate)
About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lytton. This role combines customer service excellence with efficient warehouse coordination, ensuring smooth operations and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for designated customers, managing all related activities promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Coordinate client orders, working closely with warehouse and transport teams to deliver cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements and rate structures for assigned customers.
- Manage daily tasks including order processing, stock counts, and KPI tracking using available systems and tools.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in logistics and customer service will be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with KPI management is desirable.
- Confidence in learning new systems - experience with Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of employees and customers.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening and a National Police Check.
