Customer Service Officers

HOBAN Recruitment are seeking exceptional customer service officers for a number of well known clients across Victoria. We are looking for candidates with a background in both face to face and phone based customer service.

Your skill set:

• Customer focused – Have the customer at the centre of everything that you do whilst providing next level customer service
• Belief in the product and service you are offering
• Open minded and receptive to coaching / feedback with an eagerness to progress within the company
• Problem solving skills
• Strong administration skills – The ability to use multiple computer systems at one time
