Success at the 2025 TIARA Recruitment Awards ANZ
At this year’s TIARA Awards, HOBAN received two honours:
- The Candidate Experience Award
- The Training and Development Award
These awards reflect the work our teams do across Australia to support people into meaningful and sustainable employment. They recognise our commitment to candidate care and the impact of our training approach, including the programs delivered through our Distribution Development Centres.

Recognition at the 2025 SEEK SARA Awards
HOBAN was also a finalist at the 2025 SEEK SARA Awards for Excellence in Candidate Experience. While we did not take home the category this year, being named a finalist is a strong acknowledgement of the work our people do to support candidates across Australia.
Our purpose-built programs, including hands-on training, tailored support and post-placement check-ins, continue to make a positive difference.
