Recruitment, Screening, Rostering and Compliance

HOBAN maintains a large screened pool of Supervisors across Australia. All candidates undergo behavioural screening, reference checks and safety compliance processes tailored to the requirements of each state and territory.

Supervisors do not commence work until all mandatory checks are complete and verified.

Training and Safety Standards

HOBAN works with accredited traffic management and School Crossing Safety training providers to ensure all Supervisors receive high quality training before their first shift. Training covers:

Crossing operation and stop-go procedures
