We are looking for a results-oriented sales professional with a passion for building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue growth! As the Sales Executive you will join the team and play a pivotal role in transforming how businesses approach logistics and supply chain management.
Working for a privately-owned company where the owners are hands-on and deeply invested in the success of their clients. They specialise in providing efficient, scalable, and safe logistical solutions that reduce operational costs, boost productivity, and enhance overall supply chain safety.
Duties & Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify, contact, and develop relationships with prospective customers, presenting them with tailored logistical solutions that align with their unique business needs.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Skilfully negotiate contracts, tenders, and long-term service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets while expanding the customer base.
- Client Relationship Building: Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver customised solutions, fostering trust and long-term loyalty.
- Maintain an organised CRM database to track client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
What We're Looking for in You:
- A proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 4 years in logistics, 3PL, or a related industry.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
