About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from planning to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring quality outcomes. You'll work across a diverse portfolio, including:
- Roads, footpaths, and pedestrian crossings
- Sporting, community, and council building upgrades (including heritage buildings)
- Retaining walls, fencing, stormwater systems, and creek rehabilitation
- Irrigation, park shelters, playgrounds, sports courts, lighting, and BMX tracks
- Security upgrades, interpretive signage, and new public amenities
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Management - Plan, execute, and oversee delivery
Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with contractors, teams, and the community
Risk & Compliance Management - Identify challenges and implement solutions
Budget & Resource Control - Ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery
