As the Logistics/Warehouse Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless operations of the warehouse while serving as the primary point of contact for their client's valued customers. Role Responsibilities:
In this dynamic and multifaceted role, you will lead the daily administrative and warehouse teams to meet our key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain high-level customer relations while ensuring top-notch service.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.
- Optimize warehouse operations.
- Keep the customer updated on operational developments.
- Assist admin and operational teams with customer claims and inquiries.
- Monitor the progress of inbound and outbound operations.
- Coordinate with forwarders for import/export activities.
- Ensure high standards of safety, equipment reliability, workflow, cleanliness, and administrative compliance.
- Prepare and review monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements.
- Manage subcontractors and negotiate ongoing contracts.
About You:
- Relevant experience in warehousing and transport/logistics.
- A customer-centric approach that ensures top-level service delivery.
- Understanding of supply chain processes with experience in warehousing and/or transport/logistics.
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues and conflicts swiftly and effectively.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Essential experience in people management.
