We are seeking a Manager, Continuous Improvement to join our client's team and support the Head of Continuous Improvement, in driving strategic business benefits across their Contract Logistics/Supply Chain Management operations.

About the role
This hands-on role focuses on delivering continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and build a customer-centric mindset across their sites.
- Implement and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, including LEAN and Six Sigma frameworks.
- Enhance operational performance by driving productivity, error reduction, and labor/equipment management strategies.
- Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement through capability-building programs and mindset shifts.
- Optimise operating costs and benefits through data-driven solutions and innovative practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across ANZ and APAC to ensure compliance with Operations Excellence standards.
- Identify and deploy digitisation technologies to deliver commercially viable and customer-centric benefits.
- Lead complex CI projects from concept to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
About you
To thrive in this role, you will be a driven professional with a passion for operational excellence and innovation. You will have:
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years in logistics operations management with P&L accountability.
- At least 5 years in logistics or supply chain industries across diverse market segments.
- 3+ years of practical CI experience, with LEAN and Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt preferred).
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to solving problems and managing priorities.
- Proven experience in facilitating training, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to travel interstate and overseas as required.
- Must have Australian Working Rights.
