Japanese Speaking Junior Administrator

This is a fantastic permanent, full-time role, where you'll be an integral part of a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks and office support duties
- Manage correspondence and communication in both Japanese and English both internally and externally
- Maintain records and databases accurately
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and events
- Assist preparing reports and maintain system database
- Handle any ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work in the office from Monday to Friday
- Junior level (1-3 years) of relevant work experience is preferred, but candidates with more experience will also be considered
- Motivated and eager to learn and develop their career
- Full work entitlements with no limitations (VISA requirement)
