Dental Receptionist

Our Client is seeking an experienced and vibrant Dental Receptionist to join their growing wellness team. Located in the heart of the bustling Chapel Street Precinct, right next to Prahran Market, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and holistic environment while furthering your career in the dental industry.

Position Details

• Starting Pay: $30/hour, with an to increase to $35/hour based on performance.
• Work Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (approx. once a month).
• Location: Chapel Street Precinct, Prahran.
• Sign-Up Bonus: $500! (terms and conditions apply).

About The Client
Our Client practices a science-based holistic approach to dentistry, focusing on the connection between oral health and overall wellness. Using advanced technology and minimally invasive treatments, they provide care that stimulates natural healing processes for optimal patient outcomes.

The job:

• Be the first point of contact for patients, delivering compassionate and personalised service.
• Manage patient coordination and bookings, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Respond to patient queries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team of 4 holistic dentists and 6 staff members.
• Assist in developing accurate treatment plans in consultation with dentists.
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and clinic administration.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to drive patient bookings through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Eagerness to learn about holistic dental procedures and apply this knowledge in patient interactions.
• Honest, hardworking, and a positive team player.
• Life philosophies aligned with holistic values or a willingness to learn about holistic dentistry and health.
