We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant to join our team, to assist with business coverage whilst one of our team members is on Maternity leave.

The role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will specialise in 360 Recruitment for our Industrial clients.
Your duties may include, but not be limited to:

• Writing & screening job ads
• Conducting interviews
• Payroll administration
• Answering of the phones
• General administrative duties
• Site visits to client sites in the Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich regions
• Account Management of our valued clients

About you:
You will demonstrate:

• Prior experience in the Recruitment or Employment Industry is highly desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working experience in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
• Adaptable in communication style, approach and attitude
• A do-er, a thinker, a problem solver and real people person
• Corporate presentation with a positive and energetic attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
