About the Company

About You
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Qualification and/or demonstrated experience in maintaining open space assets, including garden maintenance, building/construction maintenance, sports turf maintenance, and soft/hard landscaping.
- Certificates in forklift, front end loader, or backhoe, along with experience using a range of hand and power tools.
- Exceptional skills in oral and written communication with clients, other employees, and members of the public.
- Basic skills in managing time and planning and organising one's own work to achieve specific objectives efficiently.
- Knowledge of contemporary play and open space asset management practices, including the safe operation of mechanical plant and equipment.
- Familiarity with IT systems, including mobile work scheduling technology.
- Valid Driver's License in Victoria.
- Ability to undertake and maintain a current National Criminal Records Check, Working with Children Check, Pre-employment Medical Assessment, and Pre-employment Health Declaration.
