About the Company

Join a respected local council for this rewarding position as a Resource Recovery Operator (General Industrial) You will be responsible for providing support with the day to day operations of the Resource Recovery Centre.

About You

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in resource recovery, recycling, landfill, or transfer station operations
• Willingness to work in a hands-on outdoor role
• Experience in frontline customer management and conflict resolution
• Licence and competencies to operate a forklift, backhoe/front end loader, and excavator
• Satisfactory outcome of a National Police Record Check
• Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively
