About You
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Certificate III or Higher Qualification in Horticulture
- Demonstrated relevant knowledge and skill in the safe operation and maintenance of Tractors, Front Deck mowers, Trucks and associated plant and equipment. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in maintaining and further improving parks, reserves and horticultural assets.
- Good communication skills in dealing with staff, contractors and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and monitor works programs
- Demonstrated experience in organising equipment for set tasks.
- Medium Rigid Truck Licence.
- Traffic Control Roadwork Signage Attainment essential.
