Join our client's team working on the South Coast Region's Preservation and Maintenance. This team is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing state-controlled road infrastructure across the South Coast Region, covering a diverse and vital network of highways and roads.

About the role
As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the timely and effective delivery of road infrastructure projects. You'll use your organisational skills, attention to detail, and expertise with various computer systems to provide high-level administrative assistance to project managers and team members.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Perform data entry into departmental databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Manage Outlook shared inboxes efficiently.
- Conduct document control activities to support project workflows.
- Undertake other administrative tasks as required.
- Other responsibilities as required.
