We're seeking an experienced Advisor (Document Control) - AO5 to support the delivery of a transformational rail project designed to improve connectivity between Brisbane, Logan, and the Gold Coast.

About the Role
As Advisor (Document Control), you will join the Program Management Office and work closely with the project team on a large-scale rail infrastructure project. Your role will ensure efficient management, storage, tracking, and compliance of critical project documents, supporting successful project delivery leading into the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Maintain and update Project Document Control Management Plans.
- Support team members and external stakeholders in document management processes to ensure efficient and compliant document handling.
- Regularly assess and improve document control systems and processes.
- Ensure secure storage, tracking, and timely responses for all project documents and information.
- Facilitate document control system training sessions for project teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate complex review and approval workflows for program documentation.
- Manage and maintain workflows in document management systems including InEight (TeamBinder), MS Teams, SharePoint, and Content Manager.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies and state record-keeping regulations.
- Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, audits, submissions, and drawing number requests.
- Support records archiving and retrieval processes.
- Provide general document control support as required.
- Other duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a passion for resources and mineral processing. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience with InEight Document (TeamBinder) is essential.
- Proven experience working in a major project environment highly regarded.
- Ability to drive accountability, demonstrate sound governance, and build strong working relationships.
- Strong understanding of document control and records management best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- You must have Australian full working rights and be able to pass and maintain a clear police check.
