About the Role
The Program Support Officer (AO4) - Resource Development will be part of the Strategy and Services Branch - Workforce Experience Unit, which focuses on developing strategic workforce policies, programs, and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to the Induction and Onboarding project, including planning, development, implementation, review, and evaluation of initiatives.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Induction and Onboarding project's SharePoint page.
- Support project management activities by monitoring product updates, ensuring data integrity, and tracking project deliverables.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of systems, policies, and procedures supporting the Induction and Onboarding plan.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive project outcomes.
- Prepare and coordinate reports, correspondence, and briefings aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist with training compliance and assurance activities in line with relevant standards and frameworks.
- Other duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience providing administrative support in a project environment.
- Proficiency in ICT applications, tools, and systems used for learning resource development, such as Adobe InDesign, Mail Merge, and advanced Microsoft Word.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Lists, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent typing accuracy and speed.
- The ability to work independently with initiative after receiving general direction.
- Confidence in recommending processes while being adaptable to decisions and changes.
- Experience assisting in large change management projects.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must have full Australian working rights.
- Ability to pass and maintain a National Police Check and other pre-employment checks.
