- Pay Rate: AO4 Equivalent, $58 p/h + Super (inc. casual loading)
- Working Hours:Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Flexible working: Hybrid working is available.
About the role
Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of financial processing, data management, and compliance to maintain the financials of Major Project Delivery.
- Mailbox Management: Monitor and categorise incoming invoices, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Invoice Validation and Endorsement: Scrutinise invoices for accuracy and validity, maintain vendor/client records, and verify available budgets.
- Invoice Processing: Process invoices efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely payments, and maintain records including document control.
- Data Entry and Management: Input financial data into SAP, update and reconcile financial records for data integrity.
- Payment Processing: Disburse funds accurately and promptly, monitor payment schedules, and reconcile financial accounts.
- Compliance, Reporting, and Audit Support: Assist in financial audits, ensure policy compliance, and report on payment performance targets.
- Vendor, Client, and Stakeholder Relations: Communicate with stakeholders regarding payment or invoicing inquiries, address financial concerns or discrepancies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, implement improvements, and maintain internal procedural guidelines.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organised records of financial transactions and reports, adhere to document retention policies.
