About the Role

This role involves providing high-quality customer service and payroll support in a busy contact centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and assistance related to payroll processes.
• Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism.
• Accurately input and update information in internal systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You

• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in a call centre.
• Strong resilience and ability to manage high call volumes under pressure.
• CHRIS21 experience is highly desirable.
• Background in payroll, health services, retail, hospitality, or fast food is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must hold a valid Police Clearance check.
