Customer Care Centre Officers
Location: Adelaide

Salary: SAW2 $36.36 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)
Capacity: Full-time
Assignment Duration: 13th January 2024 - 3 months (start date non-negotiable)
The Purpose of the Role
Deliver world-class customer service to customers across various channels by providing accurate, timely information and ensuring first-contact resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely, and high-quality responses to customer inquiries.
- Resolve issues at first contact and promote SA Water initiatives.
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in roster adherence, quality assessments, and average handling time.
- Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, face-to-face, webchat, and written correspondence.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for process enhancements.
- Support change initiatives with a positive and adaptive attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
- Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively.
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills, even under pressure.
Desirable:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to analyse and prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in desktop applications and databases.
- Effective negotiation, comprehension, and retention abilities.
Special Conditions
- Flexible working hours, including some after-hours shifts.
- Medical clearances and relevant immunizations as per role requirements.
- Criminal police checks, traffic checks, and other relevant clearance checks.
- Participation in a roster spanning 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
