Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking for an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the Japanese used car market.
About the Role
As a Car Sales Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the sales of used Japanese vehicles, developing strategic initiatives, and building strong customer relationships. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding a high-performing sales team and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the sales of used Japanese vehicles to both individual and business clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
About You
✔ 5-7 years of experience in automotive sales, ideally in the used car market.
✔ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
✔ A proven track record of sales success.
✔ Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Japanese car brands is a plus.
Knowledge of the local automotive market.
