Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share in the pet food sector in NSW. This role is entirely remote and focuses on individual sales performance and strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals and market opportunities in pet nutrition.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, such as pet food retailers and distributors.
- Analyze sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives in the pet food market.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management in the pet food segment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field from an accredited university.
- Proven experience in sales roles within the food FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools specific to the pet food industry.
