Sales Representative - Supply Chain Asian Food Industry

Our client is a leading Asian food wholesaler with a strong national presence and an extensive distribution network. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing product distribution activities, ensuring our client's products reach their customers efficiently. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer support to key clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing their needs with the highest level of service.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English and the other language you can speak, ensuring their needs are met.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team strategies.
• Handle any ad-hoc duties requested by manager

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and otehr language (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Malay, Vietnamese, Tagalog etc)
• Min of 2 years of local experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, BDM etc)
• Excellent bilingual communication and interpersonal skills
• Food industry experience is highly regarded
• A valid Australian driver's license is highly recommended
• Full work rights in Australia are required (Partner, PR, Auistralian Citizen)
