In this role, you'll assist customers through their sales journey by introducing, demonstrating, and promoting both current and new IT products. You'll also be responsible for reaching out to existing and potential clients via phone and email, converting leads into sales opportunities. Our client is rapidly expanding in the global market and serves clients in Australia. Even if you don't have an IT background, if you have sales experience and Japanese language skills, full training will be provided.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make contact with potential or existing clients each day via leads that have been assigned to you
- Propose solutions to customers that meet their unique business needs
- Provide online demonstrations to potential customers
- Promptly respond to email requests
- Provide quotes and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes
- Meet daily revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Manager (individual)
- Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers
- Process any written request from our prospects and customers using our proprietary systems
- Discover opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell add additional products to customers by conducting a thorough needs analysis
- Discuss possible ways to improve our processes and systems with your Team Manager
Skills & Qualifications:
- Some sales experience in phone based or B2B sales is advantage but not mandatory
- Call centre background is ideal
- Business level fluency in Japanese (Keigo) and English
- Knowledge and experience of IT is advantage but not mandatory (Basic Knowledge)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner when dealing with customers over the phone and via email
- Work experience in Japan
- Flexibility to work changing work hours to cover Japan time zones(11am-7pm or 10am-6pm)
- Someone willing to relocated to SA (relocation support available)
- If you do not have PR or Partner visa, Graduate Visa or Working Holiday maker has to have at least 6 months working rights to cover probation period,
