Our client, a top-tier industrial machinery tools manufacturer, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to drive efficiency across their sales, warehouse, and logistics operations.
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the center of action, overseeing inventory management, coordinating seamless order processing, and ensuring smooth shipping operations. You'll collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met promptly and effectively, making a real impact on the company's success.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing of sales orders, handling customer communications related to product availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and quickly address any discrepancies.
- Coordinate returns and exchanges, working with both customers and warehouse teams.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory handling, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage stock conversions, inventory transfers, and stock adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records and timely stock updates.
- Coordinate and oversee quarterly stocktakes, ensuring accurate inventory counts and timely reconciliation of any discrepancies.
- Prepare and review quarterly stocktake reports, providing management with accurate insights into inventory levels and highlighting any variances.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and maintains a safe working environment.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, warehouse management, and logistics coordination
- industrial machinery tools knowledge is a bonus
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, warehouse management software, and logistics platforms.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
