Your primary responsibilities are to ensure client satisfaction and retention by acting as primary point of contact for allocated clients and fostering strong relationships and delivery of services effectively.

Identify potential issues early and implement strategies to address them before they escalate.
Track project expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
General
- Understand and adhere to company best practices
- Seeks guidance and opportunity for career development.
- Aid management in training and direction of new staff, instructing them in understanding company systems and frequently used applications.
- Monitor and analyse project profitability, coordinate invoicing and billing, including daily bookkeeping duties.
- On a day-to-day basis, support the smooth running of the office with general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1-2 years of similar experience
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese language
- Strong communication skills
- Able to relocate to Tokyo
