Production Line Worker

The Role:
We are looking for a Production Line Associate with mid-level experience to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Kilsyth. You'll be working with state-of-the-art machinery and production equipment, ensuring quality output while rotating across 5-6 workstations throughout your shift. Training will be provided to help you master all aspects of production.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating manufacturing machinery & production equipment
• Manual assembly & quality control
• Rotating through various workstations
• Identifying and assisting with process improvements
• Maintaining a safe and efficient workspace

Work Schedule:
Location: Kilsyth Victoria
Shift: 7 AM - 5 PM
4-day workweek with rotating RDOs every 5 days (e.g., Monday off one week, Tuesday the next, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple workstations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Forklift ticket (Ideal)
