About the Role:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, focusing on customer satisfaction and team performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, quality assurance, and logistics
• Leading and mentoring warehouse teams to meet performance goals
• Implementing best-practice warehouse systems to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Ensuring a safe and compliant work environment by following industry regulations
• Managing transport and distribution, working closely with delivery partners

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience, leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Experience with warehouse systems, logistics, and inventory management
• Ability to motivate teams and improve efficiency
• A proactive approach to workflow optimisation and loss prevention

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded):

• A qualification in logistics or supply chain management
• Forklift licence and hands-on experience with warehouse equipment
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume distribution environments
