Your Role Will Involve:
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries from multiple channels.
- Engaging with clients and customers via telephone, face-to-face meetings, and digital communication.
- Supporting live and upcoming projects by keeping relevant team members informed and proactively addressing concerns.
- Collaborating with Account Managers and the Executive Team to deliver exceptional customer service, administration, and sales support.
- Managing records and data entry using an established software system.
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain a strong team dynamic.
- Problem-solving and knowledge-sharing to address challenges efficiently.
- Providing a high level of customer service and support.
- Driving and closing sales, with opportunities for career progression into a Business Development Manager role OR a different field within the business!
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to excellence.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask across various projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Experience working with projects and accounts is advantageous.
Work Environment: This role is on-site with a high performing and close team.
