Pay Rate: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour + Additional Loading for Afternoon & Night Shifts + Overtime

Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Forklift Operators to join our team based in Wetherill Park and South Strathfield.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced forklift operators looking for ongoing, full-time work in a busy and dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for safely operating 2-tyne and/or 4-tyne forklifts in transport and logistics operations, including container loading and unloading, as well as pallet control and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate 2-tyne and/or 4-tyne forklifts to move materials, containers, and products around the warehouse or yard
• Load and unload containers efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper handling of goods
• Manage pallet control, organizing and ensuring products are stored correctly
• Perform routine equipment checks to ensure the forklifts are in safe working condition
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
• Assist with any other warehouse duties as required, such as inventory management and general warehouse upkeep
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of work
  
  

Skills, License & Experience Required:

• Valid Forklift License (LF)
• Experience operating 2-tyne and/or 4-tyne forklifts
• Strong understanding of safe forklift operation and workplace safety regulations
• Previous experience in container loading/unloading and pallet control/management
• Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience working in the transport and logistics industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
