About You
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in open space maintenance and gardening.
- Competence in operating ride-on mowers, hand tools, and light mechanical equipment.
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence (heavy vehicle licence is desirable).
- Strong knowledge of safety practices and ability to maintain equipment.
- Level 2 First Aid certification (preferred) and familiarity with traffic management practices.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- A proactive attitude towards contributing to environmental sustainability initiatives.
