HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a skilled APS6 level Data and Reporting Analyst to join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing workplace inclusion and accessibility.
This role is located in either SURRY HILLS NSW OR DEAKIN ACT.
About the Role:
As a Data and Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting workplace accessibility and inclusion initiatives. You will manage data, generate insights, and develop reports that contribute to meaningful change. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to improve data quality, enhance reporting processes, and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data and reporting insights for the organisation.
- Analyse trends, patterns, and anomalies to drive improvements.
- Enhance data collection and reporting processes for various teams.
- Contribute to holistic reporting on diversity and inclusion.
- Convert data into actionable insights for the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
- Design, create, and distribute accessible reports and information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other reporting teams.
- Develop and implement business improvement strategies.
