EL1 Project Manager

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a skilled Project Manager (EL1 level) to manage and coordinate high-impact projects within the Service Design Division based in Surry Hills NSW. You'll lead the development and implementation of project plans while contributing to our client in the Disability Sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing project plans and schedules within the Agency's framework.
- Contributing to project design, governance, and operational integration.
- Ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- Preparing and reviewing business cases, reports, and executive briefs.
- Managing budgets, monitoring expenditure, and overseeing procurement activities.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Coordinating quality management activities to ensure fit-for-purpose deliverables.

About You
You're a results-driven professional with a passion for project management and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and address root-cause issues.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Desirable Criteria:
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Understanding of government systems and processes.
