You'll support operational consistency, guide decision-making frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve positive participant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Offer subject matter expertise using a coaching and mentoring approach.
• Provide sensitive advice on appropriate supports to achieve participant outcomes.
• Manage complex and sensitive conversations regarding funding approvals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in decision-making.
• Deliver high-quality written and verbal advice while maintaining accurate records.

About You:
You're a skilled professional with strong clinical and operational knowledge. Your communication and leadership skills set you apart, enabling you to provide nuanced advice and manage complex situations with confidence.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualifications in one of the following:
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Prosthetics and Orthotics
  • Speech Pathology
  • Physiotherapy
  • Psychology
  • Registered Nursing (eligible for AHPRA registration)
  • Social Work
  • Mental Health Practitioner
  • Specialist Behavioural Support Practitioner
  • Medico Legal Allied Health

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in disability, hospital, or aged care settings.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise.
