HOBAN Recruitment is seeking motivated individuals for an APS 4 level Planner - Budget Management Support Officer role in Wollongong NSW.
This position is pivotal in providing operational and administrative support, ensuring participants of our client's scheme are empowered to manage their plans effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing participant records to make funding decisions and reduce overspending.
- Engaging with participants and their representatives via phone to assess circumstances and spending patterns.
- Maintaining accurate records, utilising IT systems, and adhering to process guidelines.
- Researching and reviewing decisions while managing moderately complex cases.
- Performing administrative and data entry tasks related to participant management.
- Contributing to the achievement of performance and planning targets.

- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- The ability to handle multiple participant records and cases simultaneously.
- Availability to work from the office during the training period.
