HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting for the role of Organisational Culture and Engagement Consultant on behalf of our client, located in Canberra CBD.
This role is a unique opportunity to enhance workplace culture, improve collaboration, and develop strategic materials to attract and retain skilled staff within a key government branch.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with a government department to strengthen organisational culture, refine internal engagement strategies, and improve recruitment outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with staff across divisions to understand workplace dynamics, culture, and challenges.
- Developing materials to enhance the internal and external identity of the branch.
- Identifying opportunities for better collaboration between teams.
- Creating recruitment-focused content to attract and retain skilled professionals.
- Working onsite in Canberra for three months, with flexible arrangements considered.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in organisational culture development, business strategy, or internal communications.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse organisational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in brand identity development and workforce strategy.
- A proactive and consultative approach to project delivery.
- Current BASELINE Clearance.
