APS 5 Administration Support

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced APS 5 level Administration Support Officer to join a dynamic Capacity Development team on a short-term basis located in BRUCE ACT.
This role plays a key part in facilitating the implementation of a prestigious postgraduate scholarship program, supporting agricultural researchers from partner countries in their academic and professional development.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support for the mobilisation of 2025 scholars, ensuring smooth scholarship commencement.
- Conduct detailed eligibility checks of international applicants in alignment with policy requirements.
- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders, providing accurate program information.
- Maintain records in the Online Australia Awards Scholarship Information System (OASIS) and SharePoint.
- Contribute to process improvements, document management, and development of resource tools.
- Assist in creating and updating program policies, guidelines, and templates.
- Support communication efforts by preparing written updates on program and scholar achievements.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

About You:
- Experience in scholarship, grant, or program administration.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in office software and database management.
- Availability to work in Bruce, Canberra, with remote work options.
- Current BASELINE Clearance.
