HOBAN Recruitment is currently recruiting for the role of APS6 level Learning and Development Officer on behalf of our client, located in either SURRY HILLS NSW or DEAKIN ACT.
About the Role:
As an APS6 level Learning and Development Officer in the Disability Strategy and Projects team, you will play a key role in mapping content requirements for learning programs and developing coaching and mentoring programs specifically for Neurodivergent staff. This role is focused on designing and delivering inclusive learning solutions, ensuring accessibility and relevance for diverse learning styles and needs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Designing and developing learning solutions aligned with the Agency's curriculum.
- Using Articulate Storyline or other eLearning authoring tools to create engaging and interactive learning resources.
- Analysing learning needs and crafting creative, impactful learning experiences.
- Developing end-to-end learning solutions from concept to delivery.
- Applying inclusive design principles to cater to diverse learning styles and audiences.
- Overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to identify business goals and learning needs.
- Leveraging industry learning methodologies and adult learning theories to refine existing materials, tools, templates, and process documents.

About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about inclusive learning and development and can demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in designing and developing learning solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in using Articulate Storyline or other eLearning authoring tools.
- Ability to map content requirements and design learning programs tailored to staff needs.
- A deep understanding of inclusive design principles and how to apply them to different learning styles.
- Experience managing projects from conception to completion with a focus on high-quality delivery.
