HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting for the role of EL1 level Program Manager on behalf of our client, located in DEAKIN ACT.
About the Role:
As an EL1 level Program Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the Fraud Investigations Branch, ensuring the effective delivery of fraud detection and intelligence initiatives.
You will be responsible for managing project governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational support to protect the Scheme's financial sustainability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing team leadership in structured governance and project management.
- Aligning fraud intelligence and investigative initiatives with broader agency objectives.
- Overseeing internal and external project reporting and providing strategic advice.
- Developing project management plans in accordance with data management frameworks.
- Managing competing project priorities and adjusting timeframes as required.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with expertise in fraud investigations and intelligence operations. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing multi-agency initiatives and cross-Government taskforces.
- Strong knowledge of Commonwealth fraud.
- Proven leadership in intelligence operations, investigations, and strategic risk planning.
- Experience in field investigations, operational activities, and data-driven fraud detection.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive innovative solutions.
- Expertise in bulk data analysis and intelligence reporting.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing priorities.
