Join the Legal Operations team as an APS5 level Legal Practice and Capability Officer in DEAKIN ACT. This role supports the strategic and operational functions of our client's legal divisions.
You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide policy advice, conduct legal administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with legislative frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and applying relevant legislative frameworks.
- Managing ART case summaries, FOI requests, and complaints.
- Providing administrative and operational support to legal divisions.
- Drafting responses and correspondence for ART-related matters.
- Engaging with stakeholders to achieve work area and agency goals.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities.
