EL1 Shared Services and Contract Management

As an EL1 Level Shared Services and Contract Management (Labour Hire), you will be working within a high-performing team, managing complex projects and key stakeholder relationships to support government procurement objectives.
This role can be located in Canberra, Brisbane or Geelong.
Your work will be central to upholding shared services agreements and enhancing service delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and reporting on shared services performance and obligations
- Managing risks, issues, and escalations within shared services provisions
- Supporting governance committees and contributing to internal work programs
- Conducting agreement reviews in line with the shared services governance framework
- Overseeing service delivery in collaboration with Services Australia for our client's initiatives
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and briefing materials for stakeholders

About You:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled professional with:
- Strong contract management experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects
- Leadership experience, ideally with a background in government or procurement
Desirable but not essential:
- Familiarity with Commonwealth legislative requirements and guidelines
