About the Role
As the People Services Lead, you will be the primary escalation point for complex people-related processes and queries. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, providing expert advice and coaching to drive efficiencies and improve service delivery.
Location: Adelaide CBD
Duration: 6-12 months, with the potential for permanency based on performance
Capacity: Full-time
Salary: $550 daily rate (including casual loading)
Key Responsibilities
Act as the escalation point for complex people process-related issues, providing solutions and coaching leaders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, offering guidance on navigating people-related systems and processes.
Collaborate with People Data and Systems Specialists to develop tailored reports and optimise system functionalities.
Apply lean methodologies to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive automation.
Represent the People Services and Analytics team in various forums, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law, or equivalent experience.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to explore innovative solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to grasp complex concepts and develop scalable, sustainable solutions.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR-related technology platforms.
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
Advanced knowledge of contemporary HR principles, practices, and legislation.
Experience with ServiceNow would be highly regarded.
