HOBAN Recruitment is candidate pooling for the upcoming Federal Election!

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join the team in data entry and scanning roles, supporting the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) in the crucial vote-counting process.

Position Details:

📅 Duration: Up to 3 weeks (may be shorter or longer, depending on project needs)
📌 Possible weekend work required
📌 Induction shift may be required the week prior to the election (TBC)

Available Shifts:

🕖 Day Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (30 min lunch break)
🌙 Afternoon Shift - 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM (30 min lunch break)

Key Requirements:

✅ Australian Citizenship is mandatory (no exceptions)
✅ National Police Check (NPC) required - must be issued within 12 months of assignment end date
✅ Data Entry Operators - Ideal speed 7,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH) (numerical only) (lower speeds may be considered if roles remain unfilled)
✅ Scanners - Must be physically fit, able to stand all day, and lift/move ballot slip boxes
✅ Ability to commit for up to 3 weeks
✅ Strict no-phone policy during work hours
