Key Responsibilities:
- CNC Foam Cutting Production: Cut customer foam profiles and sheets, and create custom foam templates for new orders.
- Stock Control & Inventory Management: Monitor and adjust stock levels, ensure accurate inventory tracking using MYOB systems, and maintain proper organization of stock.
- Customer Service: Handle incoming customer calls, confirm delivery dates, and address any questions or concerns regarding orders and backorders.
- Warehouse Operations: Plan and organize customer orders, maintain a clean and safe warehouse, and oversee product arrivals and unloading.
- Forklift Operations: Forklift driving in the role is minimal but a license will be required in order to complete day to day tasks.
- Purchasing & Supplier Relations: Confirm stock availability and delivery timelines with suppliers, manage goods receipt, and coordinate pickup of materials when needed.
- Quality Control: Address product failures and customer complaints, and work closely with suppliers to resolve issues effectively.
