Forklift Driver

We are looking for a mechanically minded Excellent All Rounder Storeperson and Reach Forklift driver - yes you will be doing it all! Our client runs a tight operation of printing works from the RAC magazine, Election work, Naplan and getting WA's big companies' bills out correctly. They care about their people and safety is considered before all.

This role is a casual temp to permanent role for the right person. Based in Bassendean, Monday to Friday, 6/7am- 2/3PM and occasional afternoon shifts, dependant on business needs. Temporary starting rate is $37.05 p/h + Super.

ASAP start

Your duties will include:

• Reach forklift work - approximately 8 metres - must have been driving Forklifts 5 years+
• Pick packing, RF scanning
• Computer work
• Supervising small teams
• Running machinery - trouble shooting small issues

About you:

• At least 10 years experience on the forklift, preferably a Reach truck
• Experience in pick pack, dispatch and receipt of goods
• Excellent numeracy and accuracy in stock taking
• Good computer skills, RF Scanning
• Ability to undertake training and supervise other staff
• Will empty bins and push a broom if needed
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently and take initiative
• Mechanical aptitude
• Flexible
